Jerry Granelli’s V16 Kicks off the 2008 Earshot Jazz Festival

Drum legend Jerry Granelli, long a Seattle favorite, presented his ambient/improv/freeform roots’n’blues-cum-chamber-jazz guitar quartet at Tula’s Restaurant tonight Saturday October 18th with slide-guitar ace David Tronzo and German guitarist Christian Kögel electrifying the front line, and Granelli’s son J. Anthony Granelli on electric bass. They played to a sold out house and were electrifying. Amazing.
